1.1. LU-QTJ 8 – AS 15 production line. 24 000 000 chemically bonded bricks/year. Vibrocompression method 

1.1.1. Description 

This production line is adjusted to operation at a temperature range from -20 to +350 C.
Productivity-24,000,000 pcs.year .
The production line is divided into 3 sections, namely, raw materials preparation, brick moulding, drying..
All calculations are made proceeding from 2 shifts 8 hours each

Raw materials for chemically bonded bricks is - sand, ash, stone, slag, stoned coal, claydite, etc (old reinforced concrete pieces can also be used). The production methods of chemically bonded bricks allow not to use a pressure chamber. After sheltered drying during 10-14 days the chemically bonded brick is ready for use
  • Design content of inert materials is 65-70%. The cement can be replaced by lime. In case of cement steam treatment is not compulsory
  • Design pressure held by a brick 76 – 150 tons
  • Press tonnage during brick production is – 150 tons.
  • Total energy– 150 -160 kW (basic design).
  • Production area of the factory is – 10000 m2

Fully automated production line. There’s mixture preparing automation, automated batching of water, pigments, cement inert materials, clay

The cargo is moved by conveyors and forklift trucks, inside the factory the cargo is moved by intrashop rails. There are 2 control systems in sections 1 and 2. There’s automatic control system of safety for vessels under pressure in section 3. There’s an automatic transfer of brick from production line to drying section. Degree of production line automation affords to use 30% of women in the production process

The quality of the brick is similar to Russian 200 grade brick, it is capable to fill the apertures in solid construction and in brick houses of 5-6 floors or lower

Max size of the brick is– 1200х250х300 mm. Standard size – 240х115х53 mm. It is possible to readjust the equipment to any intermediate sizes.

В8hours operation shift requires 12 workers. There are 3 drying steam chambers. The finished product can not be used for splitting into “wild stone”. Transportation of pressure chambers requires 11 40ft. containers. Transportation of main units requires four 40ft. Containers. Transportation of internal transport rail requires one 40 ft container

No more than 1% of waste products can be produced. Payment terms: Advanced payment – 50%. The Balance – when the production line is ready for shipment and the whole assembly has been checked up but before crossing the border of PR China. 

Starting up and adjustment is 15% of the equipment’s price. Starting up and adjustment is not included in the production line price. Mounting takes 9-10 weeks. Training of Russian specialists can be performed by supplementary agreement
